Fanta Masters Drink & Win Promotion FAQ

 

  • How do I know what kind of Fanta Drink & Win I have?

There are several different codes that are used or redeemed to get a prize with the “Drink & Win” campaign from Fanta. Fanta Drink & Win Promotion codes are found under the cap of a can or PET closure of Fanta products with two lines of text printed as you can see in the example

The first line explains what the prize is including FUTDLC (meaning you won a FUT code), HEDSET (meaning you won a Fanta Masters branded HyperX® headset headset), GAMECD (meaning you won a copy of EA Sports FIFA® 17 for PlayStation® 4) or finally 1FANTA (meaning you won a free free Fanta 330ml Can which can be redeemed at participating outlets).

The second line is a 6-character code that will need to be redeemed on the Fanta Masters Fanta Drink & Win Promotion Redemption page on our site. You can also enter the full 12 digit code on the same page. For example if the first line is HEDSET and the code is 123B45, then the code to be redeemed is HEDSET123B45 without any spaces in between.

  • Now that I know what kind of code I have. Where does it go?

Fanta Cans or Bottle Codes need to be redeemed on the “Drink & Win” redemption page of the Fanta Masters website. You will also need to fill a form asking you to provide us with your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number and shipping address (to be used in case you have won a physical prize).

Once you successfully redeemed a Fanta “Drink & Win” winning code, you will receive one of the following prizes

  • One (1) Fanta Masters branded HyperX® headset and one voucher for fifteen percent (15%) to be redeemed for selected purchases on meplay.com; or
  • One (1) copy of EA Sports FIFA® 17 for PlayStation® 4 and one voucher for fifteen percent (15%) to be redeemed for selected purchases on meplay.com; or
  • One (1) downloadable code for a FIFA Ultimate Team promotional gold pack to be used in EA Sports FIFA® 17 videogame for Xbox® with one voucher for fifteen percent (15%) to be redeemed for selected purchases on meplay.com; or
  • One (1) downloadable code for a FIFA Ultimate Team promotional gold pack to be used in EA Sports FIFA® 17 videogame for PlayStation® 4 with one voucher for fifteen percent (15%) to be redeemed for selected purchases on meplay.com.

For the copy EA Sports FIFA® 17 for PlayStation® 4 or Fanta Masters branded HyperX® headset, you will need to fill a delivery form for our partners Meplay.com to deliver your prize sent to your home address. Note that you cannot ship your prize outside of the participating country which in this case is the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

For digital codes, such as downloadable code for a FIFA Ultimate Team promotional gold pack to be used in EA Sports FIFA® 17 videogame, you will need to be redeemed on their respective stores or websites. Fanta Masters and PLG recommend entering those codes directly through the console. The codes can be identified as follow:

  • PlayStation 4 codes are made of 12 characters:

XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

  • Xbox Codes are made of 25 characters:

XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX

It is extremely important that you enter your code in the right place, otherwise it will not work. Click here to know how to redeem a code on Xbox One or click here to know how to redeem a code on PlayStation 4. Alternatively, you can always redeem the code on either the Xbox Live Store on your Xbox One console or the PlayStation Store on your PlayStation 4 console (connection to the internet required. PSN and Xbox Live account may be required for redemption of these codes)

  • Great! I entered my code, now what?

After successfully entering your code, the rest of the redemption process is automatic. Your account will receive the correct products and content by mail and on screen, or by shipping courier if it’s a physical item, as long as you correctly entered all details needed.

  • I’ve given my shipping address and details to Meplay.com for one of the 2 different physical prizes and want to know more details about the shipment. What do I do?

Currently meplay.com processes and ships items Sunday – Thursday.

Orders placed on a Friday or Saturday will be processed and shipped the following business day.

Orders made after 2pm Sunday – Thursday will be processed the following business day.
